Why we have conversations.

THE ART OF CONVERSATION     by Todd
Introducing the art of conversation:
Conversation is the single most important skill to have. It is fast, efficient and represents our point of view the best. So much is accomplished by conversation, that writing, drawing, or making videos are not necessary for ordinary communication. However, no harm is done by repeating a subject in another form such as writing, drawing, or making videos. It is the lack of conversation which creates problems. I would like to emphasize that organizing the conversations you need ahead is the first step. So I'd like to bring some visual form into the conversation. Imagine you were walking down a path -- and that path represents the month ahead. Consider that you need four conversations, one for each week. Conversation is often broken up to allow a data collection phase, in which, each space between conversations is filled by gathering data. Now the erase that image, and I’ll give you a new one. Imagine you're in a group of four people. Imagine this group is working on a project together. They will need to talk, because the project involves all of them. They will need conversation. Consider that no cooperation can occur between people without conversation. Yes they can react on a primitive level, acting as animals who have no language, but that is not what I am saying. Now erase again. Imagine a group of three people. Now imagine a pot of gold on the same page. To get the pot of gold, these three people need to have a conversation together. It is only working in the threefold gathering that they can work on the reward together. Conversation puts puzzle pieces together. In the art of conversation, a complete picture is gathered using each person as a contributor to the whole picture. Now imagine two people discussing all the things they need to talk about. They can talk about only what they want, however, there are times when the needs for conversation outweigh our wants for conversation. Now imagine the calendar. Around the calendar that you are imagining are conversations which match up with certain dates. The art of conversation relies on the individual. The individual has wants and needs for conversation. Then, like a crystal ball, they put their conversations on a list. When a free moment arises, they have the conversations they need.

Creating Expections

COMMUNICATION REPORT – By Todd
The first aspect of communication is personal pride. Sometimes our pride is too much, and sometimes our pride is not enough. In communicating, it feels like we're taking a great risk, but it is not. What are sometimes missing are the parameters of the relationship. A lack of relationships set up for the future. It is important to suggest topics for the relationship. Somebody must make suggestions about what will be talked about. And then, there is a feedback stage, in which, topics are discussed and negotiated for what will be talked about. Surprisingly, relationships are extremely flexible. It is an error to think that somebody is entirely inflexible, when in fact it was never discussed. The first step is everybody being involved as communication suggestors. In this way, the relationship can be formed. The main thing is to find approval for relationship suggestions, and then possibly at a later time, spend time on the topics. Because everybody approves on the topics, it is a win-win situation over time when the people go ahead and execute their discussions. I learned this by taking a class relationship theory.
Communicating is mostly a task of creating Allied arrangements. Finding people who we can communicate with as a type of investment. This in turn, stems from self investment. The parties grow and use the relationship as an investment into the self. The answer to our questions is often common to questions of the whole group. Being involved in groups helps share information that we cannot get alone. The groups we belong to should show what information we need, and the group is a logical choice to get that information. So, it is logical to discuss group agendas before you join. So that, you join groups knowing what information is there to be had.
All communication is a type of self reporting. The better you self-report, the better you will do. Every day is a task of self-reporting. You are like your own radio station. When alone, we make our communication list. And then, spend time on communication that was previously agreed-upon. There is an aspect of timing -- getting facts before they are needed. The present moment is not always the right time to do what was agreed upon.

Intellegent Creativity

     Sketch Therapy
TOPIC:  Intellegent Creativity - How to?

The use of the mind should be of a problem solving nature.  Usually, the mind has a pattern following the given normal cycles of life.  The use of the mind is important to understand.  Generally, a person must think about what normal needs are, and then take action.  There is a distinct method - using a calendar.  A word of wisdom is to control your creativity in a way that makes the future positive.  A word of caution is avoid creativity that has no bearing on your life's future.
I will have to post this later in my blog.

The Error Factors in Thinking

Hello,  Today is thought error day.  Everybody has thought errors now and then.  Some people more than others.  First, I wish to discuss the errors created by artificial drugs.  Let's say,  you smoke some pot.  While high, you try to learn something from a book.  Can it be done?  Most people who take an artificial drug do not, at the same time, try to study books.  That does not mean that leaning can not be done this way.  The question is are the drugs helping?  I think teenageers search for states of mind.  But, do not study when high.  An artificial drug enhanses the brain, yet teenagers waste the state of mind on just fooling around.  Instead of putting the state of mind into studying.  Studying can be done successfully.  Next, let's say you are high and feel on top of the game of life.  You see many revelations and see how the future makes sense.  Here again, most teenageers will not try to write this down at the moment of cognition.  And, it turns out, that they never write the good ideas down at all.  Unfortunately, all the befefits of the high are never put into practice.  The good ideas never get on the table (like on paper).  Between the culture of drugs, none of the teenagers see this as a problem.  But, it is.  Given the great oportunity to make a drug positive, the whole culture gives the drug a bad reputation, because all that culture does is waste any productive use of drugs.  I will tell you how true this is.  I am not against artificial drugs, but teenagers are giving the drugs a bad name.  They are ruining the chances for legalization, because of the lack of proper use.  If teenagers continue their use of drugs and never produce a good result, then of course the drugs will be a crime.  They have to see that adults would support artificial drugs, if the teenagers could prove benefit.  Such as writing, drawing, or creating a strategy for the future.  Without clear benefit, even the teenageers themselves are fooled to think that adults are wrong about drugs.  It will take the culture of teenagers to use these states of high positively, which will be a major shift in this culture, to get general approval by anybody.

WEBQUEST LESSON ABOUT NEURAL DESIGN

INTRODUCTION:
Pretend you have been asked to design the ideal human thinking mechanisms.
The things you need to have in order to be an ideal person and contributor to the future.
In this WebQuest, you will learn all about the ideal world if people could be designed ahead of time.
Get ready to read and write as well as draw and diagram the best person you can think of.

TASK
Go to the suggested sites, where you will get a background on what has already been stated on ideal people. Then, you will write back or make conclussions about what you can design copy or design additions and subtractions to a model ideal person. Feel free to use any resource which may or may not have been provided, but I have given many sites which should be helpfull and complete enough for you.

See this site to help get started

How to Write a Biography in a Positive Light?

Can misunderstanding be good?

Today, it is important that I frame the idea for the following sketches.  Hopefully, reading this intro first will help with what I ment in the sketches.  I hope to put four sketches in the blog today.  First, communication is an experiment.  Not everybody will understand what is ment by your effort to talk, write, draw, etc.... Second, many times communication is recreational.  Some talking, writing, drawing, etc.. isn't neccessary, it is just fun to do.  Third, can misunderstanding be good?  Of course, it can be good!!  Sometimes, tangents that are not  specifically communicated are helpfull.  Last, you will see the sketch below of a therapy session.  People in therapy complain of thoughts that wish they were not thinking.  People do - wish not to think about certain topics some of the time.           PLEASE REFER YOUR ATTENTION TO THE SKETCHES
