PLANNING THEORY

This is a discussion of the sketches which I have made on the topic of planning. 

The first thing I want to say is planning is a way to make the future go smoother.  Usually, planning is a social conversation.   Whether you are planning something only for yourself, or for a team, usually planning is something that people talk about.   Why should anybody plan?   Planning coordinates the social part of our lives.  There is a need for people to coordinate around what the future holds. 

My first sketch is a conference room.   That is what most people think is an important to business to business planning area.    The planning area is anywhere that the planners meet.  Most plans are made by a rehearsal.   A rehearsal can take many forms.   It might be a page of numbers, it might be a mission statement, and it might be a well illustrated speech.   The point is that one phase of planning is looking at the different ways to take actions.  

Second, the facts are that we hungry to plan.  People hunger for a good plan. So, it is important to look at who’s hungry.   Who really wants a good plan?  That is the question also, “How good is the plan?”   Although hungry, people can take the time to write and draw, discuss, or just take action.   In part, we plan according our soul, our budgets, and the red-tape office work.   In general, we plan to get rewards.    Rewards should be carefully chosen.   Like spiritual rewards.   I find that being a good communicator brings a reward of spreading “good”.

Third, it bears to reason that planning must be design ahead of time.  Why plan what already occurred?   No, silly.  Planning is for a smooth future.   But, we must discuss how much is expected to come.   How much needs planning, and how much time ahead should it be done?   Usually, a set time to have planning meetings is good.  People prepare their lists of topics and are guaranteed to talk about them.   

Fourth, my sketch is of babies with a mask twist.   I think that to have the proper environment for our children, we need more educational sync.   We need to be an education society.   Entertainment is all drama.   Hopefully, education will get the respect it deserves.   God has given us a gift of what is inside our minds.  What we have in our minds is what we write and draw, say, or take action on. 

Fifth, this is an important sketch.  I encourage using the recording technique for the different actions.   It is an important social skill to compare plans with other people.   This because their plans are something you would like sync.  With yours.  This way, the future occurs with the team having something in common.   

Sixth, planning in storage.  Once the plans pass the acceptance tests, they are carefully filed for when they are needed.   But what.   I did not tell you about acceptance tests?  Yes. Because we need to screen away the possibility of an error.   Plans in the making have errors in them all the time.  Consider all the ways people decorate their rooms, things have to pass acceptance.    

Seventh, it is good idea to have a clean sheet of paper, and more clean sheets to follow.  Some problems occur when the plans are recorded in a shabby manner.  Even the errors are easier to catch on the best method of recording.  (catching errors).        

 Eighth, the importance of a path demo.  In this sketch, I show that three or more paths can be considered.  One must be chosen.  Or you may interpret this sketch as showing all the accepted paths.   Showing all accepted paths is very valuable as well.  The showing of accepted paths begins the action on them. 

Ninth, the needs of others.  Planning is a diplomatic function.   Yet, we choose which other diplomats to work with.   Planning is a courtesy to offer to your friends and family.   At the professional level, planning is a job that needs a lot of input from what production or salesmanship will cost. 

Tenth, it is good to start with a fresh slate.  Different paths may be decided.  Cut and Pasting the elements the best way…   But, with each version saved.   Looking at the mobility of your choices will create a decision.  For example, you promise a decision to fit the mold for it.   Decisions have to fit the mold.   Even when you must mediate between you and the economy. 

Eleventh, respect for people’s time.  Many people wish they could save time in communication aspects of their lives.  But, there are parts of planning which cannot just get approved because of saving time.  The reality is that unless your idea is ready for a certain speed, then it may be rejected.       

Summary:  Planning can save the right amount of effort/ and schedule the need for actions.  Communication is mostly about planning and it rewards.   Most, give you a walk-through of each fantasy and which fantasy to choose…
